Context

Healthy Living Platform (HLP) works across Lambeth to support residents facing food insecurity, social isolation, and cost‑of‑living pressures.

Challenge

After recent funding cuts the charity needed to raise new money to allow the charity to continue to support 2,500 households across Lambeth.

Impact evidenced

Our Covaluation report showed how the HLP Food Hub supports an ecosystem of community organisations, with evidence of improved outcomes for residents like lower food costs, easier access to healthy food, improved community connection, and reduced isolation.

Change enabled by evidence

Having clear, credible evidence strengthened HLP’s funding case, directly supporting a successful £20k funding award in the aim to help the charity survive.
