Context

Oasis St Martin’s Village (OSMV) is a new community hub in Tulse Hill bringing together voluntary organisations, social enterprises, and community services focused on supporting young people and their families.

Challenge

As a new model built around co-location and collaboration, Oasis needed credible evidence to understand whether the Village approach was strengthening partnerships and improving support for young people.

Impact evidenced

Our Covaluation report captured the experiences of organisations working in the Village. It showed stronger collaboration between partners, faster referrals, shared learning, and improved organisational resilience. The findings also highlighted growing credibility for the Village model among partners, trustees, and local stakeholders.

Change enabled by evidence

The report provides Oasis with a clear evidence base to strengthen the Village model — helping refine their offer to partners, attract new organisations, support fundraising, and explore how the model could be spread to other communities.
